Job description: This is a strategy lead role for a leading D2C client in the FMEG domain. He/she would report into the Head of Growth in the organisation.
The incumbent would report into the Chief Growth Manager and would be responsible towards:
- Identify, define, manage and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company
- Solve high-impact business problems through a mix of analytical and creative problem solving
- Drive external-facing discussions with potential partners and investors
- Drive governance improvements through efficient project management
- Present recommendations to top management and the Board through compelling oral and written communication

The successful candidate should:
- Be a Management Graduate (XLRI/IIM/ISB) with 3+ Years of relevant experience from the consulting world
- Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies for online, offline, e-commerce and technology
