Experience working with developers and being comfortable with asking questions and highlighting inconsistencies in the product. Must know that they need to ask the what, why, how, and when questions. Experience in writing online help for a software product. Able to work with multiple projects at one time. Experience working in an agile environment. Experience in owning and driving online help and trying and determining what needs to be written. Able to be flexible and work with ambiguity and determine priorities. Very proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word). Create clear concise instructions to help. Able to take technical language and make it into persona-appropriate language Be able to write for all persona types – Technical Engineers, Executives, End Users Have used style guides. Ensure consistency across help ( also need to be able to check product consistency across dashboards). Content strategy (technical not marketing) experience. Application Question(s): Provide a sample writing of how to explain to an elderly person how to turn on a computer, or how to make a phone call on a cell phone a simple task so that you can see if they add all the appropriate steps. Experience: Agile environment: 1 year (Preferred) Content strategy(technical): 1 year (Preferred) Developers: 1 year online for a software product: 1 year (Preferred)
