We are looking for Senior Associate Global Launch Manager in Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit based out of Global Business Service (GBS), Bangalore, India. About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas including Commercial Planning, Multi-Channel engagement, Marketing & Market Access, and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs GBS unit also supports global launch operations for NN therapy areas including diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, and digital health & devices. In launch operations, we drive successful launch planning & execution across the portfolio and across the organisation (HQ, regions, and affiliates).

The position

The Individual will support the commercial launch operations for NN products by coordinating with affiliates. The Person will drive pilot projects, track & monitor progress and ensure future stabilisation. Ensuring superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support. Individual will independently conduct regional meetings, execute and manage tasks, ad-hoc deliverables and projects with minimal supervision. Ensuring documentation is recorded and maintained to deliver high quality projects. Person should develop operating manuals for the deliverables that have been created in the LMP

  • Support and drive Digital Health launch roll out planning and Product Supply coordination
  • Coordinate across NN, affiliates, Business Areas, region, Product Supply and Patient access regarding the roll out plan for launches and update the launch database in Launch Management System (LMP)
  • Be part of the development, improvement, maintenance, and access control of internal NN LMP related databases as an administrator
  • Ownership of the PAPS (Product approval process system) – NN SKU system which handles the creation of the Stock Keeping Units/Product Planning Applications (PPAs)
  • Launch prerequisites (which involve working with PPAs, Global Sales Forecast and Launch Orders) – Work on weekly data upload, improvement and remodelling, maintenance, coordination with stakeholders

Qualification and Experience

  • Master’s Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute.
  • Under-graduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), Engineering (BTech) in life sciences.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus
  • End to end Process management experience
  • Proven track record of project ownership; including scoping, management and tracking.
  • Technical skills – Must have: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA & PowerPoint. Preferred: Knowledge of SAP (Business Warehouse or Business Objects). Experience in leveraging other IQVIA databases (MIDAS, Xponent, etc)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business
