Job description: As a technical project manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of integration analysts/leads to achieve the organization s objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You will be responsible for project planning, management and supervision of key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with strategic priorities, and second, that these initiatives and projects are completed on time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables. The TPM will ensure the optimum mix of schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle of each project.
Manages all phases of service delivery including analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and deployment of solutions and will be accountable for all aspects of project management including project resources, project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management. What Will You DoYour primary responsibilities will include:
Manage team of substantial size to deliver on department goals and initiatives
Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, provide analytical support for those priorities, and ensure decisions are made based on sound analysis and data.
Consult with internal customers and cross functional business leaders and stakeholders to identify gaps/opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Collect business requirements and define operating metrics / KPIs. Provide timely and accurate reports, dashboards, KPIs, operational scorecards, and other leading indicators that report historical performance, as well as provide insight into future trends
Collaborate across departments to develop and implement improved workflows and processes
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external deliverables
Provide guidance to the team on complex technical issues
Identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools
Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
Escalation mitigation point of contact (POC). Work directly with assigned, identify issues and put together a proactive plan to resolve issues.
Establish a career and skill development plan for the direct reports.
Conducting performance reviews.

Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
Understands, tracks and articulates issues/risks/action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
Supports regional teams to address customer questions and needs regarding implementations/products
Manages and performs activities related to preparation, execution and remediation of internal and external compliance audits
Provide input during the design and delivery of integration solutions based on customer and product interoperability requirements.
Collaborate with the Solution Architects, providing input to product features, functions, and roadmap;
Collaborate with Engineering as an interoperability domain expert, including but not necessarily limited to: authoring product technical and serviceability requirements, supporting key verification and validation efforts, identifying and resolving key product defects, etc.
Identify technical problems/issues and proactively put forward a path to mitigate them, identifying action items for both self and help required from other stakeholders.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with the commercial team member(s) assigned to their territory, as well as with application consultants, project managers, and members of the product and engineering teams.
Stay well informed of changes to the roadmap and features and known features of the products that are within their sphere of influence.
Act as the voice of the customer to identify customer product needs and convey those needs to the Roche Product Management team.
Maintain and understand training compliance to ensure that work and interactions are in compliance with Roche s Code of Business Conduct.
Proactively solve problems/issues that arise with minimal involvement or input from management.
Participate in the hiring process as directed
Who You Are
We are looking for:
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience successfully managing the team responsible for the implementation of integration solutions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading/managing the team of integration analysts and leads.
Strong experience in the implementation of a wide variety of integration solutions including MuleSoft.
Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions using public cloud platforms such as AWS and related service offerings
Basic knowledge of networking technologies, topologies, and solutions.
Proven working experience in project management methodologies like Agile Scrum / Kanban and project management software tools.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between management and project team
An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management
In-depth knowledge of Google s G-Suite productivity tools.
Adaptive style of communication depending on the audience. Comfortable communicating with and influencing internal technical teams, as well as senior leadership.
Ability to grow relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders that are involved with the implementation projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with integration engines in the healthcare industry, such as Rhapsody, InterSystems HealthShare, MuleSoft, etc.
Experience integrating Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems and related ancillary systems (e.g. Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, Laboratory Information Systems, etc.)
Experience with the following standards and frameworks:
HL7 (v2, v3, FHIR)
DICOM
IHE
ICD, LOINC, etc.
Understanding of other healthcare workflow/concepts in radiology, pathology, and lab environments.
Education
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
