Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure all critical deadlines; including 1/1 is successful
- Objectives of the role as listed below, (but not limited too) are completed in a consistent manner:
- Providing SME support to the spans
- Email onshore for clarifications
- Contribute questions and conduct PKT
- Publish process related reports in timely manner
- Plan and lead process training/refresher trainings etc.
- Prepare and analyze various quality reports and identify trends and provide solutions
- Attend/ lead process related business calls
- Maintain and publish process reports
- Ensure process updates are circulated
- Any other tasks assigned by business/ Manager Etc are completed in time
- Ensure the staff meet targets on External Accuracy and Internal Error Rate
- Process cases to ensure hands-on
- Display flexibility as per business requirement (example: shift/ responsibilities/ tasks etc)
- Ensure there are no business escalations
- Error Analysis and Root Cause analysis of errors should be done and solution to be provided to improve Quality of the team. Analysis should be presented by the SME’s to the Management on a monthly basis and the analysis sent on a weekly basis
- Ensure the attendance target (for self) of 90% is met. Target would be 95% during Q1 2019
- Reporting is done Weekly/Monthly for all the processes
- Any additional responsibilities assigned and agreed with the Manager should be closed as per timelines
- Ensure the PKTs are conducted weekly
- Ensure all the deadlines specified by the Management and business are met
- Ensure all training needs & timelines are completed as per the timelines mentioned
- Need to maintain a no-surprise environment on people and process challenges
- Ensure all analysts within the given span acquires acceptable level of process knowledge
- Succession plan for levels mentors
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Customer / Business Objectives
- Ensure all the calls are attended and the action items are completed and Minute the discussions
- Keep the management updated on all the challenges
- All mails are responded within the timelines specified by the business
- Ensure enough backups are kept to avoid any misses
- Run the one OGS concept on all deliverables
Vital Assets / People
- Ensure the mentors are supported and groomed for next levels in conjunction with their IDP
- Succession planning is completed for self and mentors
- Complete documentation needed for all process related action items
Financial:
- Drive team to come up with Bright Ideas. One idea is closed every month which is approved by the business to achieve Productivity
- Ideas needs to be closed within a month it is logged or feedback provided
- Ideas needs to be closed within the 30/60/90 day plan as agreed
- To support the BI drive and achieve targets (75% of the BI’s to be implemented & closed)
Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
- Maintained process quality as per signed SLA
- Not be on active CAP
- Should have been engaged in process training and coaching – Preferable
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Pharmacy – BPharm or MPharm
- PA Indexing experience for at least 18 months
- Optum Rx Services Line experience
- Flexible with Shifts
