Collaborates with the business to ensure that process improvement programs and projects are deployed in alignment with the Company’s overall strategic objectives. . Leads the organization toward a shared Process Excellence vision and mission. . Drives process improvement initiatives with a focus on the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at reducing costs and/or improve process yields in terms of output or quality. . Plans, manages, and guides the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. . Recruits and hires Master Black Belts (and other resources) that are needed for the success of the program. . Manages MBBs including Performance Management. . Develops and implements a Policy Framework that governs the program. . Leads the development of the Training Material needed to run the program. . Deploys a Training Program to develop MBBs, BBs and GBs with the organization. . Deploys a Coaching Framework to ensure that projects get delivered and closed. . Identifies and overcomes threats/dangers/barriers to successful implementations. .
