We are looking for Knowledge Management leader who will direct and facilitate the KM strategy of the organization in creation of Knowledge lab. He/She will be a research, development, and implementation expert on :- A) Identifying Knowledge requirement through rigorous research and insight generation B) Content creation C) Storage and Ease of content retrieval (Implementation of knowledge management platforms for ease of storage and retrieval of content ) D) Creating KM awareness and adoption with the organization Job Responsibilities: Identify knowledge requirement :- Identify the knowledge requirement critical to the organization looking beyond technical knowledge (‘know-how) to strategic, business and people development through research and insight generations based on Learner VOC NPS/CSAT feedback ratings and case resolutions. Generating training requirements for refreshers and customized trainings through detailed and scientific Training Need Analysis of internal data. Identify requirement of articles/FAqs for external learners based on analyses of existing and new ticket data. Zendesk article feedback etc Content Creation :- Design and develop concise, user-friendly content/Articles relevant for internal and external learners as per the requirement. Oversee and manage the design resources for service delivery ( internal ID and external vendors ) to produce final training materials in the form of articles , multimedia content , gamification , videos, authoring tools etc Strategize the development and adoption of self help learning through multi media training content Storage and Ease of content retrieval:- Manage articles for external learners ensuring content is organized, current, appear professional and provide workflow capabilities that support Organization mission and goals Developing a taxonomy for knowledge base articles/Content , which exploits categories to create ‘containerised’ knowledge base , use of meta tags for ease of retrvial Creating KM awareness and adoption with the organization :- Create awareness in the organization of the principles of knowledge management and how they can impact the performance of the organization. Work with leadership to establish KM as a priority business lever for the organization and develop means to legitimize and motivate the seeking and sharing of knowledge Create an awareness of the behaviours and culture needed to promote knowledge management and guide and support both individuals and teams in embracing a change in behavioural style, moving from data/information push to knowledge pull and sharing Identify interdependencies between teams and work closely with peers to introduce new knowledge content development routines Work to ensure appropriate IT enablers for knowledge management Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills. Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations, writing, and blogging social media content High quality control skills with superior attention to detail and the ability to meet stringent deadlines Ability to develop knowledge assets using a variety of multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, screen capture tools, web editing tools, etc.) Conducts routine audits of content within knowledge repositories to assure compliance with the knowledge architecture and related standards, policies and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
