It is in the business of caring and providing solutions to doctors, patients, and nurses. It comprises of multiple Franchises (Strategic business units) providing healthcare solutions across Vision Care, Orthopaedics, Infection Prevention, Wound Management, Women’s health, minimally invasive surgery, Circulatory disease management, and Blood glucose monitoring and insulin delivery. Role Overview: This position is responsible for creation and execution of one Ethicon Business professional education (ProfEd) strategy in India for Health Care Professionals including development of learning continuums, designing customized hybrid modes of education to enable access, forging external partnerships, and deploying new technologies and learning strategies that will guarantee the flawless deployment of the medical education strategies & concepts developed in collaboration with the regional team and Ethicon Business teams. The role requires a deep understanding of the clinical educational environment across India and regions to understand Professional Education strategy and execute on a portfolio of offerings / courses that will advance patient outcomes. Illustrative Responsibilities: . Design & develop customized Professional Education courses for One Ethicon business in collaboration with KOLs, BU leaders and Marketing teams. . Ideate and Execute Digital Professional Education Strategies in alignment with the broad Organizational imperatives . Design and moderate / facilitate Advisory boards and round table meetings with KOLs for shaping the education and training to advance optimal patient outcomes. . Support procedure development of HCPs with appropriate professional education modules. Implement Professional Education strategy for HCPs engagement with regard to safe and effective usage of Ethicon Products . Identify, onboard and train faculties to support our Professional Education Program . Development of internal & external communications . Enable strong collaboration with multiple internal and external partners to assess and leverage innovative training technologies and models to meet Professional Education strategy objectives. . Contract management of key education suppliers . Management of overall logistics of educational events . Comply with applicable statutory regulations and Medical associations bodies of respective countries . Support Professional Education with innovative program and channel suitable to countries . Work closely with Johnson & Johnson Institutes to facilitate hands-on training . Formulate Operating Guidelines, designing of course brochure and appropriate training materials . Work closely with medical colleges, academic institutions, medical association and drive Professional education programs . Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing teams . Responsible for Professional Education dashboard of franchises . Provides technical support and information to the internal Sales / Marketing. Qualifications Role Requirements: . Education: MBBS, MS/DNB (General Surgery or other Surgical specialties), BDS . Minimum 7 years’ experience in clinical / surgical specialties . (Desirable) Experience in professional Education in developing and implementing fully integrated learning solutions . (Desirable) Experience in leading businesses, with proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it into education solutions (Professional, Commercial and Marketing Education) that support the company’s business goals. . Excellent communication, analytical, conflict management, complex project management, people management and development skills are required . Demonstrated ability to use digital tools ( Learning Management Systems) for training and education . High technological and business aptitude is required . Medical ethics and compliance. . Strong ability to embrace innovation and drive new thinking in the rapidly changing Healthcare Environment . Analytical abilities and solution orientation and proven ability to manage complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances .
