The Position Roles & Responsibilities: The position will be responsible for MSA activities mainly for Women’s health (Infertility, Preeclampsia, osteoporosis, etc), with additional responsibilities of critical care and endocrinology. Contribute in developing and driving medical and scientific strategy for high medical value assays in above mentioned disease areas. Establish and foster relationship with KOLs (clinicians and Laboratory medicine experts), customer resources and other external stakeholders in relevant disease areas Build up and develop database of clinical experts in India and neighboring markets (Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka) Drive impactful medical educational activities – Propose, manage and/or conduct CMEs, focused group discussions and expert group meetings Support and manage KOLs for participation in various national and international conferences Setup, conduct and manage Advisory board meetings to gain insights and understand unmet medical/scientific needs, help defining effective scientific strategy. Provide medical support and scientific trainings to sales and marketing team Support and manage clinical studies to generate local evidences and extend support in manuscript preparation and publication initiatives Actively contribute in creation of scientific collaterals, MSA presentations, and other educational materials for sales and marketing team and review of promotional marketing materials for medical compliance Actively support sales and marketing team in prelaunch and post launch scientific activities Extend medical and scientific support to other teams such as market access, regulatory affairs, government affairs, compliance and communications teams for their scientific needs Education: MBBS and/or MD (Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry/Pathology) Experience: Professional experience of minimum 3 years of medical affairs experience Current or past experience in Women’s Health (Gynecology Business area) is mustWho we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
