- Hands-on and working knowledge on marketing platforms like Salesforce, CMS, Database, GA, SEMRush
- Experience in providing insights into the marketing technologies required for delivery
- Experience in the alo-bev or CPG space highly desired
- Broad knowledge of emerging marketing technologies
- Project or program management experience in dealing with medium or large projects
- 3-5 years of practical experience in using Agile Development Methodology (SCRUM or KANBAN) for Project Delivery and Product Management
- Prior experience in a Digital Agency, Internal Marketing IT Function or Strategy Consulting firm
The-Bar
– Participate in digital marketing strategy and planning, translate business demands into IT service requirements, leading projects with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring operations of IT deployments, and – on a strategic level – striving holistically for digitalization of business
– Work with business stakeholders to identify demands in alignment with business value and IT governance strategy
– Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and translate them into IT requirements
– Accountable for code development, end-to-end execution, testing & maintenance of The-Bar website
– Ensure compliance with Google Core Web Vitals and optimize the site performance continuously
– Work with the Google Analytics team to set up tracking and generate periodic reports
– Implement new capabilities like Geo-tagging, one-trust cookie management, chatbot and behavioral tracking on the website
– Help deliver campaign specific experiences (landing pages, chatbot, QR codes, AR/VR etc.) for the brands and The-Bar
D2C and new MVPs
– Set up D2C capabilities including store front, offer management system, personalization engine, product recommendation engine, A/B testing, registration, retargeting CRM journeys, integration with payment gateways, order fulfillment and reporting & analytics
– Integrate The-Bar website with e-Com platforms/apps like Swiggy, Booozie, Big Basket and other emerging players
– Set up required IT infrastructure to support MVPs for The-Bar. E.g. forums, community, virtual experiences
1st party data and CRM journeys
– Drive 1st party data acquisition initiative across channels, develop data standardization practices
– Define data cleansing, match and merge, deduplication process and develop necessary tech capabilities
– Work with agency partners and brand teams to identify data acquisition opportunities across campaigns
– Integrate data across sources in the master data repository and CRM systems
– Activate data through CRM platforms, develop multi-touch journeys, segmentations, content templates and campaign reports
– Monitor and optimize performance of the CRM journeys
Build capability, tools and processes
– Study latest trends in technology and provide thought leadership on how to make effective use of the emerging / disruptive tech
– Knowledge of owned and 3rd party platforms across content, community and commerce in the industry
– Understanding of the tech ecosystem and partners/vendors
– Take initiative in solving complex technical problems and recommend original solutions and design approaches to platform requirements, making decisions between competing solutions
– Own technical design, logical and physical design of the solution, coding, testing, and debugging
– Ensure conformance with the overall architectural guidelines
– Understand existing local and global marketing technology architecture and platforms and leverage capabilities as applicable
– Partner with service providers & business owners on IT service implementation
– Guide the roll-out and drive the performance and delivery quality continuously
– Oversee the IT service delivery to adherence to InfoSec, and other regulations (industry and Diageo specific)
– Be the IT advisor to business on current IT services & future IT needs
– Monitor the utilization of IT innovations, promote new services which can create additional business value.
