We are looking for a motivated Customer service program manager to join a new business team in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for leading the customer service team for the new business and will deliver end- to -end design, execution and operational excellence in customer service for the business in India with an opportunity to be part of expansion team as developing the playbook for expansion to other Geographies.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of the new business and category, as well as the behavior of Amazon’s internal systems. He or she will be analytical in their decision making, with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion. Experience in the Amazon Customer service / program managemnt is preferred.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work within rapidly changing and scaling environments, requiring the ability to make high judgment decisions within sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
  • Be part of the hiring team for healthcare professionals.
  • Create and lead the training and development program for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring clinicians stay current and trained for their functions.
  • Monitor the programs clinical quality: anticipating risks, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
  • Responsible to manage medico-legal escalations and effectively coordinating across team.
  • Provide feedback to healthcare professionals on their performance metrics.
  • Provide regular clinical operational metrics and business reports to those stakeholder groups as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in program or project management
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive), as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBBS and emergency medicine training.
  • Experience in clinical education and teaching and development of patient education materials.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the healthcare field.
