Job description: Roles and Responsibilities :- Receiving patient on the first visit, taking history, & documenting details.- Educating patients about procedures and processes.- Briefing patient about the advantages of various treatment services available at Vasundhara IVF- Handling patients queries about prescription/medication/treatment plan/investigation reports.- Making prescription/discharge summaries as per Sr. Consultant advice for infertile patients.- Explaining all procedures to patients, as well as all pre-procedure advice to be observed by the patients before a procedure.- Entering Data & maintaining all Documentation (Scan Report/Prescription/Discharge card/investigations etc).Preferred Skills :- BAMS/ BHMS/BUMS with 0-3 years of experience- Should have Valid State Medical Registration.
