Job description: Mandatory Skills: Pharmacovigilance Transitions,

– GM – 16-18 + Years overall exp & 8-10 Years core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.

– At least 8+ years of experience in Life sciences Pharmacovigilance Transition and Project Management

– PMP/PRINCE II certification is preferred.

– Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management, or revenue cycle management [anyone]

– Experience in Cost Management, Time Management, Team Management, and Schedule adherence.

– Exposure to RFP/RFI management including Due diligence.

– Experience in managing a global team. Delivery experience of managing 100+ FTEs preferred (nice to have).

– Green Belt Certification is preferred or Quality certification

– Should be willing to travel. this is a travel job and will require extensive traveling.

– Executive presence and skill to manage multiple stakeholders.

– Drive efficiency using Automation and other improvement projects

– Manage project costs and keep them low

– Be a leader and give overall direction to the transition /project team.

– Excellent communication skills & coordination skills
