Job Description :
– This is senior leadership role in the technology team. He/She would be responsible for leading engineering for the company.
– You will be providing leadership in all technical aspects of the business.
– You will be responsible for multiple aspects of product launch and product scaling, business direction, people development and engineering roadmap for the products, working closely with the promoters.
– Demonstrated ability to successfully have launched a product to market, ability to handle multiple projects/teams.
– Good experience in building product from the scratch. Previous experience in building team from ground up.
– Keep envisioning, creating and ideating the product journey by using cutting-edge tech to build a robust and scalable platform
– Build an A class Engineers with a high-performance culture, work closely with the HR team and build a strong team, coach and nurture them.
– Responsible for define and monitor policies and processes for product lifecycle management new features, production issues and take care of overall delivery.
– Work from scratch and build a multi-functional product includes web and mobile applications
– You will be hands-on, so involved in writing code as much as leading the team.
– Be the technology leader by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth.
– Be responsible for setting up the internal IT systems IT Infrastructure, applications, etc
– Develop overall technology roadmap and business strategy to support overall business growth.
– Good tech experience in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, JS, React.JS HTML, CSS3, Cloud Platform, Integration, DevOps and Big Data.
– Good experience in both web and mobile application development.
– Extremely detail-oriented, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to guide the tech unit.
