Job Description – To provide round the clock medical services at plant and fulfil the statutory requirement as applicable. – Conduct occupational health hazard assessment & suggest for improving the condition at workplace for management of occupational health hazards. – Developing Perspective & Operational Occupational Health Care Plan for the location keeping in view specific requirements of Power Generation Plant – Implement active systems & processes for meeting the statutory / welfare oriented health activities at plant/township. – Pre & Periodical medical examination of workers, employees to ensure fitness before deployment. – First-aid care including emergency medical treatment. – Obtain budgetary approvals for Occupational & Township Health Centre & monitor cost optimised expenditure of allotted budget. – Occupational Health & General health awareness training including first aid training for the employees. – Drive safety initiatives within department / allotted area.Qualifications MBBS + AFIH (From recognized university only)
