To fulfill all responsibilities of instructor First aid as stated by DGCA (CAR section 7- Training and licensing series ‘M’ Part I), other relevant CARs for eligible population (Ref http://dgca.nic/) : Accountable for conducting first aid training programs for all the initial and recurrent batches as per regulatory requirements. Attend all relevant training courses and to maintain all required certifications/qualifications pertaining to first aid as well as to up skill knowledge. To ensure all first aid related training modules, manual, tests, certificates, record keeping, maintenance of related infrastructure etc. and to comply with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and company guidelines. Stay abreast of all developments and action plans. Duties are not limited to the above and additional duties can be delegated at the discretion of the manager or such person designated by Indigo in this regard. Be aware of and comply with his / her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives. Qualification: According to DGCA the minimum qualification is mentioned in Section 7: Series M: Part 1 is: . MBBS . B.Sc. Nurse . Paramedics with authorized first aid training Experience.
