Our team of doctors, scientists, nutritionists, and dieticians assess this data in order to create personalized nutrition and exercise plans for each individual and provide guidance and support throughout the journey to health and wellness.
xNara is expanding its hospital division and therefore has an exciting opportunity for an General Manager.
Responsibilities:
– Operations management- expertise in hospital operations management, extensive experience in managing KPI, P&L and general operations multi-specialty hospitals.
– Quantitative dashboards- market and product performance, KPI reviews etc.
– Project management- conceptualization, execution and timely delivery along with working alongside different teams and persons for timely delivery of high-quality results.
– Collaboration- highly result oriented team player with ability to work in multi-dimensional teams with different backgrounds, effectively balance the interests to align with organization goal and bring out the best out of the individuals.
– Stakeholder engagement- consistently ranked high in satisfaction scores by the stakeholders (internal and external).
– Hospital management – as a single hand doer first with multi hat role and then later on Setting up a Team, Managing a small Team in a Hospital&Clinics Chain or Hospital Departments Doctors- Surgeons, Nurses, Paramedical Team, Accounts Dept, Pharmacy, Lab Center, Diagnostic, Patient Wards, ICU, Purchase Dept, Hygiene Maintenance, Medical supplies & Patient Reception and P&L.
Skills & Experience:
– IIM/ IIT graduate with 5+ years experience in similar role.
– Strong Project management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
– You have impeccable interpersonal skills and maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
– Ability to communicate across all levels and functions in the organization.
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English knowledge is a plus.
– Ability to anticipate issues and risks and manage resolutions.
– Ability to work independently.
– You are available to travel if required to do so.
