Job description: Minimum 4+ years’ medical coding experience (E/M)

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably Life Science) Minimum 4+ years’ medical coding experience (E/M) Active Certification from AAPC or AHIMA Prior experience as a coding auditor (should be familiar with audit methods) Review and monitor day-to-day activities and Service Level Agreements related to deliveries. Review coder teams performance and guide for their professional growth and development. A thorough review of the work performed by coders as per the documentation. Strong knowledge of Coding domains- E/M Inpatient and Outpatient Strong understanding of medical terms and coding guidelines (ICD-10 and CPT) Commitment to a high level of accuracy/quality Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excel proficiency. Ability to work independently and accomplish targets in a timely manner. Proficient coding of charts with 100% productivity and more than 95% accuracy (Quality) Ability to create content and messages that are clear, compelling, and relevant to internal and external customers.
