Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate -PF Compliance

Level: Associate / Senior Associate

Department: PF Compliance

Experience: 2 to 10 years of related experience

Location: Bandra/Goregaon(Mumbai)

Primary Responsibility

· Adhere and comply with statutory provisions under the EPF Act

· To observe team for Preparation & checking the documents like PF Challans Statutory payments etc.

· Ongoing New client migration and distribute new client among team and supervise the same basis on requirement from client.

· Ensuring timelines are met for PF compliance and clients.

· Drafting and responding to various PF Notices & to visit PAN India PF offices as and when required

· Managing the PF Challan & IW Statements etc. through Team Leaders.

· Managing closures and activities applicable under monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual statutory calendar with Team

· Handling PF Inspections for client at PAN India level.

· Liaising with PF Authorities for attending the inspection conducted by authority – under Section 7A & other Show cause Notice and under section 7Q & 14B

· Liaising with PF Authorities for attending the hearing conducted by authority. –

· Attending PF Notice on International Worker’ Compliance for PAN India.

· Representation in PF Department where required (E-Nomination / KYC/ Seminar for PAN India)

· Identifying Compliance Issues that require follow-up or investigation.

· Filling statutory returns with appropriate regulatory compliance authorities within specified due dates.

· Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors during the Monthly & Quarterly Audits to resolve the queries.

· Manage & Coordinate with respective clients across the PAN India for the PF compliance / Online PF Registration under the EPF Act.

· Keeping clients informed about action strategies in case of compliance standard violations.

· Following up with the stake holders for the payments.

· To attend meetings / calls with client as and when required

· To handle escalations received from Associate / Senior Associate / Team Leaders / Management.

· Monthly meeting with Team Leaders for smooth functioning of PF Compliance Operations.

· Working closely with the compliance director and other senior executives

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Knowledge of PF /ESIC Compliance.

· Concise communication over email, phone, and in-person

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.

· Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

· Respectful towards the sensitive and confidential nature of business.

· Contributes both individually and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.

· Ability to thrive in team environment.

· Time management skills are imperative to success.

· Professional approach to internal and external stakeholders required.

· Approach challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude.

· Willing to work for extended hours on critical delivery dates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
