Job description: Position description: To develop after sales support for Electric Vehicle and associated infra in terms of Charging and Mobile App.
Primary Responsibilities:
- 1. EV after sales development
- a) Provide and ensure through OJT usage of special tools and and diagnostic tool during service of the vehicle.
- b) Technical support to dealers on EV and diagnostics, by visiting and over phone.
- c) Support and solve in critical warranty issues.
- d) Improve Diagnosis capabilities of Dealer Staff.
- e) Provide technical support in recovering dissatisfied customers & take corrective actions through field or HO support.
- 2. EV and associated infrastructure support:
- a) Train dealers on charging infrastructure maintenance with EVSE vendor and CMS support
- b) Ensure home charging troubleshooting through support engineer or Technician
- c) Develop troubleshooting procedure & servicing standards required for EV and associated infrastructure
- d) Understanding customers concerns regarding charging infrastructure and provide timely solution
- e) Monitor all connected vehicle and infrastructure telematics connectivity and data analysis.
- 3. Timely resolution and escalation of EV customer complaints:
- a) Ensure all critical EV service problems in the area gets addressed.
- b) Ensure customer complaint attention within lead time SLA by leveraging field team support.
- c) Ensuring critical parts availability at Dealerships
- d) Understanding product issues from customers and escalate to factory.
- e) Sharing competition feedback on regular interval to HO
- 4. People Effectiveness:
- a) Leveraging support from field team for execution of roles and responsibilities.
- b) Ensure adequate EV trained manpower by leveraging PTC support
