Title: Technical Professional – Mechanical Responsible for developing technical requirements, specification and services relating to mechanical equipment such as S&T heat exchangers, plate and frame heat exchangers, plate type heat exchangers, double pipe, hair pin type heat exchangers, air cooled exchangers, heating coils, pressure vessels, boilers and other static packaged units. Duties include sizing of exchangers, preparation of datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bid, Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline. Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers. 8 years of progressive experience, specifically in Heat Exchanger division. Shall have working knowledge of current ASME, TEMA, API, HEI standards for static equipment. Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes. Basic understanding of PFDs & PIDs is a must. Knowledge of Sizing and rating of exchanger using HTRI or HTFS and detailing of heat exchangers is a must. Shall have working knowledge of IBR and NACE. FPSO, Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a plus. Qualification:- Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering. Masters in Thermal Engineering is a Plus. !! Shall be a Offshore, Onshore & Petrochemical, Refinery field specialist.!!
