We ,the TME team of MIG ,looking for Energetic ,Curious ,Creative and Caring engineers to work on Communication service provider (CSP) routing platforms.
To guide your thinking here are some of the responsibilities of a TME
· SME of Communication Service Provider/Telecom Technologies
· Guide Service Providers in choosing the Right Technology and Products
· Work with Product managers and Engineering In prioritizing Features
· Work on Standards and Demonstrate your technical leadership
· Steer the industry in the direction which betters our life
· Work on ways to Design products ,Architecture and Network Infrastructure aligning with Social ,Environmental and Economic goals
· Guide Development and QA engineering teams on customer requirements
· Work on RFPs along with Global Sales teams
· Participate in Customer Proof of concept lab testing and Field Trials
· Participate in Bid Defence
· Come out with Technical white papers and Application notes
· Job requires Global travel ,to meet customers, to do CPOCs & Field Trials and to participate in BID defence.
· Represent Cisco in Various Forums
Basic Qualifications:
· Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering with at least 8 years of work experience in a related field
· Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering Computer Science Engineering with at least 10 years of work experience in a related field
· Past experience with routers, switches and multiple networking protocols (e.g. ISIS, BGP,MPLS, IPv6)
· Designing, Testing , Operating and Troubleshooting experience in large production grade IP transport networks
Preferred Qualifications
· Deep knowledge of Service Provider network infrastructure and packet forwarding architectures
· Experience in customer facing roles
· Thrive in Cross Functional Team communications
· Solid written and verbal skills
· Knowledge of Telcom and Cloud Domain
· Knowledge of designing efficient cloud networking architectures
· Knowledge of Cloud Native Environment
· Exposure to Network programmability ,Automation and Orchestration
· Active public profile in relevant technologies
· Contributions to open source communities and SDOs
· CCIE certification or equivalent
· Professional level Cloud Solution Architect certification
