Job description: *Managing the team for work assigned
*Maintaining with approving/rejecting leaves track and slots for each coder and auditor from your team
*Solving doubts for coders and auditors from your team
*Help in daily QA, QA of QA, re-review QA assigned
*Check and respond to QA concerns raised by coders
*Keeping an eye on coders to make sure coders are making changes as per QA
*Conducting/become part of team meetings regularly
*Help with interview screening and feedback
*Conduct monthly or when needed tests or education session(s) for the coding team
*Maintain and deliver updates/coding changes to coding team of experienced coders
*Conduct or be part of meetings with US coding team for concern discussion or updates clarification
*To make sure all the coding teams are on same page in coding aspect
*Conduct training for coding team as on need basis
*TNI/TNA (opportunity search for education)

Jobs in this function provide coding and coding auditing services directly to providers. This includes the analysis and translation of medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries, or illnesses into designated numerical codes. *Employees in jobs labeled with ‘SCA’ must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

– High school education or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of coding / auditing experience is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of mentoring or leading a small team experience is mandatory
  • Thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and medical terminology
  • Abide by AHIMA and/or AAPC coding Code of Ethics
  • Complies with Landmark Health policies, procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
