Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will,
Manage a portfolio of MarTech products enabling digital customer journeys in virtual customer engagement and marketing operations ecosystem
Understand Marketing and Digital Experience ecosystem, its requirements and provide solutions from technology & integrations point of view including project reviews, feasibility and prioritization. Also manage budgets & contracts for the initiatives
Work with key stakeholders in marketing and technology teams to understand their priorities and integrate them into the product roadmap
Deep dive into capabilities of different solution providers and play a key role in evaluations, selection and shaping their product enhancements to fulfil our requirements
Own the product roadmap, MVPs, and quarterly milestones and outcomes
Document business scenarios, customer journeys and expected outcomes – mapped to requisite capabilities from technology vendor/solutions
Intimately understand our marketing tech stack, including the technical systems, operational processes, and marketing strategies
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
Demonstrate excellent business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
Partner with Development Leadership/Service owners to ensure healthy development process
Lead epic segmentation and feature definition to create and prioritize the MarTech backlog
Lead systems integration from and to Marketing Technologies, for enabling an integrated customer experience through the relationship lifecycle, drive up brand loyalty, customer acquisition, conversion and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in Digital Technology product management & implementation
Experience in implementing Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement and Virtual Customer engagement technology solutions will be preferred
Experience in Salesforce and related workflows will be an added advantage
Experience in delivery of enterprise digital solutions and in-depth knowhow of the corresponding technology interactions in B2C or B2B scenarios will be an added advantage
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing,scheduling, budgeting, delivery, risk management, stakeholder management and communications
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
