Position Overview
Our Developers bring passion, craftsmanship and innovation to the development and delivery of Intelex’s software products, with the objective of delighting our customers and empowering them with industry-leading capabilities and UX. They collaborate with their peers within an agile (Scrum / Kanban) practice. Our team is moving toward a continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) model and DevOps as a culture. We work with a range of web applications technologies, including JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS / Webpack) as well as Microsoft technologies (C#, Azure, .NET, SQL)
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Responsible for Quick prototyping and leading the design/implementation of the new features/solutions that supports customer use cases in existing/new software products.
- Responsible for overseeing application validation and deployment in On-Prem & Cloud environment.
- Responsible for identifying use cases and propose technologies or tools used for On-Prem & Cloud applications
- Mentor teams across org on new technologies, architecture, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement/continuous deployment (Hosting and DevOps) across teams
- Fosters a security first mindset across those teams, leading by example.
- Work in an agile team environment that practices continuous improvement when planning, estimating, and building software.

Technical Competencies
Required:
- Experience developing large scale web applications.
- Full stack development across different technical stacks including JavaScript (ReactJS / Webpack), server (.net framework, .net core) and cloud (Azure) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent understanding of relational database design including table design and optimization, transactions, stored procedures, and constraints.
- A solid understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Self-guided learning of new tools, technologies, and stacks.
- Familiarity with concepts, such as Microservice architecture and Containerization
- Familiarity with tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience
Required:
- Twelve or more years of professional web application development experience.
- Professional experience within an agile development practice.
- Professional experience within a software product or SaaS organization.
Education
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree and/or vendor certifications (such as Microsoft Certified Professional) valued.
