Job Description Summary You will be partner with regions to lead the implementation and deployment of Opportunity (SFDC) and Apttus CPQ (Configure Price Quote) for service commercial business. Responsible for operating in lock-step with technical product management teams to create a strategic approach of a standard global deployment playbook, define region development needs and conveys that vision to the engineering team to build and operations team to sustain and support. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, process changes, defects and technical debts. You will be responsible to lead overall platform readiness for the region to deploy. GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Job Description In this role, you will: Responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle on commercial platforms/tools for Service commercial products (MSA, ODS, POS etc) for region deployment (Japan, AKA, RoW) Partner with global service process and technical product management teams to define and create global service commercial platforms activation and deployment framework and playbooks Lead feature planning and execution of technical activities to build key service commercial platform (SFDC and CPQ (Configure Price Quote)) functionality as needed to activate region/business deployment Collaborate with cross functional teams to shape up service commercial platform future while using Agile methodology to drive quick wins and continuous improvement to enable business growth. Support and coordinate with customers/stakeholders in process definition and VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning. Responsible to consolidate and translate into actionable user stories and work units as well as obtain product feedback Routinely collaborates with technical product managers, UX, Architecture and engineering teams on design options, issues resolution and technical decisions. Own the communication, expectation setting among regions, technical product and engineering teams. Demonstrate technical expertise and influence skills to guide and work with cross functional teams to get alignment with trade-offs and tough decisions. Own and responsible for technical release roadmap and deployment plan MVPs alignment Manage backlog and prioritization to ensure continuously execution are balanced and steady. Continuously track and prioritize enhancement in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer feedback and coordinate with global process and technical product managers to improve global service commercial capability Demonstrate systemic thinking skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive business adaption. Engage with the development team throughout feature development facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation contributes to design activities and decisions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in ‘STEM’ Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) 5+ years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product Desired Characteristics: Technical Expertise: SFDC, Apttus knowledge is key for success Strong experience working in Agile development Experience leading a major technical deployment/business transformation Familiarity with versatile implementation options Strong technical expertise in the underlying design and architecture of Commercial products like SFDC, Apttus or any other CPQ tools We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust lead with transparency deliver with focus, and drive ownership -always with unyielding integrity.
