Job Description “Pharmacovigilance Application Support Engineer:
Proficient in Argus & Argus J modules. Argus & ESM Database structure
Strong in Oracle Argus Development and should understand configurational aspects of Argus 8x
Have hands-on experience in Argus safety system & integrated OOB modules such as Console, ESM, AG & Insight (Reporting)
Should have excellent communication and reporting capabilites
Should be ready to work in Shifts
Should be ready for self learn, have a customer /solution oriented mindset.
Support experience preferred”
