About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create & execute a social media content calendar for Instagram – feed + stories
2. Conceptualise content ideas that resonate with the brand’s communication & ideology
3. Create video & static post content – i.e. reels for social media & performance ads
4. Study & execute emerging social media trends to build followers & engagement
5. Own the following metrics – Instagram follower growth, engagement (likes, shares, saves, etc) & deliver on aligned targets
6. Strategize & execute influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness
7. Create mood boards & execute photo & video shoots with freelance photographers/videographers for digital assets
8. Implement tools to track & analyze social media performance to understand what is working/not working

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per genuine follower base & engagement rate).
