I am a USA-certified nutritionist with strong ayurvedic roots. I am one of the few USA-certified dieticians practising in New Delhi. I have completed my graduation with honours from the University of Delhi and nutrition and dietetics certification from Cornell University. My approach towards nutrition is scientific yet true to my Indian ayurvedic roots. My philosophy is to ‘Make foods you crave work for you, not against you’.
Throughout the years, my business has grown, but my focus has always remained consistent; helping people lose weight, identify food sensitivities, and improve nutrition through meal plans, counselling, and advice.
