The Service Management Technical Lead will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will be the technical product lead overseeing the operations, development, and releases on Customer Service Management modules, specializing in CSM capabilities of Service Management technologies
Key Accountabilities
- Will lead CSM configurations in agile mode, handle enhancement’s backlog and support testing and releases.
- Translate and analyze variances from the project plan, research alternatives and implement the preferred recommendations.
- Provide complex business model design services for development.
- Analyze and interpret requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Confirmed 7+ year of experience out of which 5+ years of experience in project implementation and configuration of ServiceNow/BMC Helix CSM and ITSM modules.
- Have done hands-on CSM developments in the past
- CSM Certification in ServiceNow
- Jira or DevOps Agile management software knowledge
