What you’ll achieve As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for providing first and second level support for End user desktop and IT Site support issues and assists management team with day-to-day operations. Receive, assess, troubleshoot, and escalate support incidents & requests. You will work with a large Dell Technologies customer on onsite support & Depot operations . You will: Handle customer communications. Install, troubleshoot, configure and repair desktop computers, laptops and printers. Manage OS installation, configuration, and MS office suite. Diagnose problems and fully support a variety of internal and third-party applications for client workstations and servers in both the desktop and lab environments. Good knowledge of appropriate networks, products and protocols. Advanced troubleshooting skills. Advanced customer Service skill.
