Minimum Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of experience in the field of Technical Documentation, Technical Support, or User Experience
- Content authoring experience for technology domains, such as Networking, Cloud, Management Software, Security, CRM, or Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Engineering, or Cognitive science
- Exceptional writing skills
