Senior Technical Platform Owner plays an integral part of the Global Technology team as Nike moves into a technology-led strategy for the company. The Technical Product Management Office (TPMO) has a deep understanding of how to bring the best of Global Tech together. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We seek an experienced Senior Technical Platform Owner to drive software Products thru inception, design, build, execution and launch phases serving Consumer Services Athletes and Consumers across the globe. The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible, and able to grasp new concepts/assignments quickly without needing hand-holding. This is a technical position, whilst it is not expected to develop code, you should have a technical background that allows you to quickly understand technical platform and drive the technical teams to build robust applications in order to provide premium services to our consumers. As a Senior. TPO, you should have the ability to champion your team to execute and delivery on the defined business vision. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As a Senior TPO for Consumer Services, you will . Define and drive the technology roadmap in partnership with technology teams to make sure the platform is healthy, scalable, and performant. . Execute the business product roadmap, prioritizing and planning the feature based on the needs of the business. . Work closely with global partner to gather, analyse business requirement, use case, customer problem and gain a deep understanding of the product requirements. . Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria and be the owner of the backlog. . Act as a point of contact at ITC (India Capabilities Centre) for all platform related queries. . Work efficiently in Agile environment, regularly validate the completed stories and check with the business to ensure it meets business product expectation. . Track product features, performance metrics to ensure that the product is meeting or exceeding the targets, pivot the product roadmap direction as needed. . Track value drops delivered, product adoption, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap. . Influence others through optimism, self-assurance, and fact-based recommendations. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH This role will work closely with Engineering teams, cross-functional partners (e.g., other TPO’s, Product teams, Business leads, Domain leads), across the globe and facilitating decision-making across priorities within the portfolio. In addition, this person will work with our Global product management teams located in WHQ to understand the overall needs of Nike Consumer Services. WHAT YOU BRING This person should be skilled in product management, analytics, and be a structured and data-driven problem solver, with interpersonal skills. Experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology will be essential. Additionally, the position requires a highly skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple partners to execute on a common mission. We’re looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in Technical product management and clearly demonstrated these skills: . Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education, experience . 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner. . Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus. . Experience working on UX is a plus. . Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills . Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills . Prior experience owning experiences and platforms implemented on AWS Cloud infrastructure . Experience with Agile tools, confluence, splunk, new relic, Aha, SQL, Tableau is a plus. . Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity . Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills . Experience working with multiple cross functional teams in a dynamic environment . Solid grasp on Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership.
