Ready to support in 24.7 support model about you 1. routing/Switching hands on experience for more than 7 years 2. ready to work in 24.7 support model 3. ITIL V3 knowledge require 4. Should have 5-7 years of hands on experience in WLAN WLC/Access point management – CISCO/ARUBA 5. Should be fluent in communication though email/verbal 6. Good in using Excel, word, PPT presentation(especially technical solution) additional information 1. LAN/WLAN management for Overseas locations through remote support.
