Job description: 18+ years of relevant industry experience in the embedded SW engineering after a very good academic record (B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D) in the ECE or CS branch of engineering.

Directs and guides the activities of a growing team located in NXP Noida with prime responsibility in SW Engineering in the field of Edge Processing. Supervises the team at every stage of BCAM development process for delivery accuracy and quality. Interfaces with global stake-holders w.r.t. product requirements, customer expectations, marketing needs etc. and adapts to the dynamic needs. Actively participates in global core team meetings as needed and contributes well on decision making, risk mitigation, status tracking and customer positioning.

Manages the local site specific administration tasks with limited bandwidth while major focus remains on project execution & people leadership.

People leadership including – mentoring, motivating, nurturing talent, counseling to improve behaviors on identified areas aligning to NXP values etc.

Maintains positivity within the team.

Has ability to co-work with global teams in a matrix organization. Commits with risk taking ability and delivers results.

Proficiency in SW development processes, technical domain expertise to the level of guiding and supervising the team for successfully delivering on commitments.
