Job Description Be an escalation point of contact to debug, triage and resolve highly critical customer issues supporting Trellix Security solutions. Debug core production issues, qualify and assist in building software fixes in the Fireeye Core Product and Cloud Suite. Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Learn – ability to quickly learn new systems, security through on premise and cloud model. 3+ yrs of hands-on experience of Nodejs and Database. Troubleshoot the issues in cloud service APIs, Web Portal, etc Qualifications 4+ years of experience talking to customers and troubleshoot production issues. Excellent in NodeJS and Database (Postgres and SQL preferably) and experience in CLI/ Shell scripting. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive. BS/MS in computer science or equivalent experience Work closely with support teams to address customer escalations in Network Forensics products Troubleshoot customer escalations using remote access and reproduce issues reported by customers in our internal lab. Work with Development and QA teams to release hotfixes to customers Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. Familiarity with running web services at scale understanding of Unix systems internals and networking. Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and OS fundamentals from kernel to shell and beyond, taking in system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols along the way. Networking: knowledge and understanding of network theory, such as different protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, etc), MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, OSI layers, and load balancing).
