Job description: Sr. Manager / Head of Biostatistics Department / Manager (Clinical Research Domain)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Overall responsibility of SAS and Biostatistics team

– Lead a team of Biostatistics and SAS programmers and ensure timely completion of Project Activities

– Provide training to the members in Biostatistics and SAS Team

– Continuous Mentoring and Training to develop team.

– Proper plan of resource recruitment and utilization as per the assigned benchmark

Review & provide statistical inputs on :

– Sample Size calculation justification

– Study protocols

– Randomization

– Statistical Analysis Plan

– Analysis Datasets

– CRF and data validation plan

– Statistical Analysis (TLGs) and Clinical Study Report

– Guide the Biostatisticians to complete the activities as per study requirements

Maintaining system & process :

– Conformance to quality and regulatory compliances

– Monitoring the team to follow SOPs in all statistical activities
