JOB DESCRIPTION Job Code: Full Stack Senior Lead Engineer, Delivery Experience: 8 – 18 Job Description Job Overview The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for Design solutions for the project that enablecustomerto meet their process/business goals Development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application/product family within an enterprise. Implementing and maintaining Majesco Insurance products that uses ICD/ICM toolkit (low code development platform) framework as the development framework. Duties and Responsibilities Develop & implement architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product Perform design, development, test/review and support of new and existing product. Enable customer to fulfil the stated project objectives Lead solution of the product implementation Leading and guiding a small team of developers Support execution of project from solution perspective and technology perspective Prepare and Review estimations Support pre-sales Support QC Skills / Attributes Required: Essential : Strong L&A Insurance domain knowledge in North American market 9+ years of experience in Java technology stack, Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate / JPA, JMS, DB/SQL, web services software architecture and design (REST/SOAP), including security-based implementations 5+ years of experience of frontend framework – HTML5, React JS, Node JS, JavaScript 5+ years of experience in design patterns, framework/tool development Self-driven, highly motivated, outcome focused – Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional & non-functional specifications. Design (High and Low level) & Development experience withobject orientedprogramming. Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements Leading a team of software specialists / engineers for the creation / implementation of solution architecture for a product/application Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools e.g. Rational Rose & Together J Desirable: Experience in performance tuning of product/application Exposure to design frameworks Exposure to automation tools Functional Skills: General Insurance background (preferred) else Life Insurance background Understand the principles of accounting or commerce or finance Other skills: Managing a team of 10-12 resources Good communication as there would be a need to work closely with the customers Experience in Estimation methodologies
