Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.JR21203 Senior Engineer – Plasma Physics (Evergreen) Qualifications : Independence – be comfortable executing activities and needs Good written and verbal communication Outstanding teamwork 3+ years of experience with plasma/RF physics or models Experience on numerical methods and scientific computing Strong background in plasma chemistry/physics Understanding of plasma-materials interaction Experience with plasma-equipment modeling Background in feature scale simulations Strong debug and problem-solving skills Experience writing reports and/or conference papers Ability to work in a team environment and experience with remote collaboration tools Background in plasma (dry) etch development Education : Pursuing or completed Ph.D. in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science About Micron Technology, Inc.
