They are growing rapidly and aiming for a Rs. 12,000 Crore Gross Written Premium (GWP) by end of the financial year 2021-22. Looking for experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of health insurance business processes and business system analysis techniques.
Requirements:
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
– Candidate should have good exposure and understanding in Insurance domain especially Health Insurance domain.
– Good to have knowledge in Claim Process and Industry Standards like ICD codes, HIPAA/DISHA etc.,
– Experience working with large health insurers globally is preferred.
– Good digitization/automation experience using technologies like OCR, AI/ML is preferred.
– Experience on building wellness portfolio, OPD management, telemedicine management is preferred.
– Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood and captured into BRD, FRD, USE CASES, Activity Diagrams, UAT etc.,
– Able to formalize business requirements, ready for two way communication business communications up and technical communications down.
– Capable of managing all non-technical aspects of the new requirements.
– Capable of working with the test team to develop/ review test scripts and profile of test data.
– Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology.
– Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
– demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly analytical mindset.
– Get actively involved in various project phases.
– Act as a key interface between users and development teams.
– Experience in collaborative tools like Jira and related applications.
– Able to produce ad-hoc SQL queries/ ad-hoc reports that can be used to monitor success of the new requirements.
Education:
UG : Any Undergraduate
Candidates with CPCU/equivalent certifications will be preferred.
