MSc/MTech/PhD with 5-7 years’ experience with Good soft skills and documentation skills with proficient technical writing skills. Experience in upstream process and should have knowledge on Bioreactors. Operation of lab scale and Pilot scale Fermentors from 1.0 L scale to 100 L scale. Experience in downstream process. Effective Planning and quality execution of lab scale and pilot scale experiments anticipated. Should have experience in development of scale-up and scale-down models for biological processes. Experience in identification and qualification of alternatives in biological processes. Experience in process monitoring and troubleshooting of commercial manufacturing processes. Experience on qualification and maintenance of equipment. Experience on working at GLP/GMP environment. Experience and understanding on quality management system and regulatory guidelines. Should demonstrate good teamwork and documentation skills. Should have good scientific knowledge, presentation skills and communication skills.
