- Celonis Certified, hands-on experience on Celonis, and demonstrated ability in delivering end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across cross-functional areas
- 3+ years of experience and demonstrated ability in writing SQL scripts and creating dashboards
- Creative data visualization
- Experience with data extraction & manipulation using SQL or PL-SQL or T-SQL or equivalent. Google Data Studio or Google Big query is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and interpret business processes along with strong business acumen
- Proactive and communicative personality with excellent time management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Good working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies preferred (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma). Six Sigma yellow/ green belt preferred.
- Knowledge of scientific publishing processes is preferred
