Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of PD, Broking Technical Support Specialist (French) As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of the client&rsquos Commercial Risk Solutions team nationally. As a Broker Technical Support Specialist, you will report through the Client Services team, with a dotted line assignment to the Manager – Broker Technical Support. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to insurance process such as – Accurately analyze requests received in the French Language Accurately identify keywords on policy-related documents written in French Language & Index the documents to an appropriate request or queue Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met Ensure that the quality of transactions complies with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Manage and resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Client Services and service delivery (e.g. output delivery, basic broking inquiries, etc.) and refer more complex inquiries to senior team members. Perform necessary activities to support broking teams in collaborating with account management to initiate a renewal, preparing and submitting marketing proposals to underwriters, processing endorsements, and other client requests Identify and retrieve relevant compliance documentation necessary to process new policies and policy renewals, changes, additions, deletions, and cancellations Liaise with insurer partners to retrieve and then in coordination with the Broker review policy documentation (quotes, binders, policies) to ensure coverage requirements have been met, completing policy checklists Ensure the repository of the record is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client deliverables will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail. Communicating directly with underwriters to follow up or obtain additional information Liaise and be responsive to inquiries from outsourced providers to manage and ensure the timeliness and quality of outputs. Upload, index, or attach documents in Document Management System Leads by example by demonstrating and sharing knowledge with all lines of business the importance of best practices and acting as the subject matter expert to all operational and procedural activities for the Broking operations team Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications French Language Certification (from a reputed Language School) Relevant experience – preferably in French Language processes B1 Certification in French language minimum Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are important Should be a team player with previous work experience in an office environment required Graduate with an excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbally and written Client focused with proven relationship building skills Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure Preferred qualifications Good communication skills both verbal and written for English and French Insurance experience would be an asset Awareness about Property & Casualty insurance will be preferred Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
