Primary Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks
  • Monitor Semi-Annual Updates of all ICD-10, MSDRG, APR-DRG, and other relevant medical billing and coding references as needed.
  • Update all reference tables with updated information
  • Construction and organization of large presentations
  • Management of corporate memberships
  • Content Team Support Tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
  • Works with a sense of urgency; ability to switch gears and change focus
  • Must possess intermediate skills with MS Excel and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Demands

  • This is a work at home position.
  • Access to high speed internet is required (all other equipment will be provided).
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
  • After hours and/or weekend work required where necessary for major deliverables/deadlines (not consistent)
