Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Involved across many aspects of architecture, design, build, engineering and implementation of technical solutions and capabilities providing technical leadership
  • Communicating overall architecture vision, technical strategies
  • Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies
  • A great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems
  • Involve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems and resolving complex technical issues that may arise
  • Engages across teams in a capacity that ranges from assisting on in-flight initiatives, up to technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization
  • In senior level roles, leads business solutions, capabilities, and is a strong influencer that engages with client executives and stakeholders. Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Impact of work is most often at the local level
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, Masters, or equivalent experience
  • 12 – 15 years of total IT experience
  • Experience in RDBMS like Oracle, SQLserver, Teradata etc.
  • Experience in running complex projects
  • Experience on AI/ML and NLP Search
  • Hands-on experience in Implementing Modern engineering practices in the application
  • Deep knowledge/experience on Public and Private Cloud Platforms (Kubernetes/Azure/AWS/Google)
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerization of services
  • Sound understanding of Java/MEAN and open source technology stack
  • Understanding of QA and testing automation process
  • Understanding and knowledge of Agile
  • Expertise with RESTful Web Services
  • Expertise with Git version control
  • Sound knowledge of Cloud technology stack and CI/CD
  • Proficient in coding, testing, implementing, debugging and documenting the complex ETL JobsInvolved in creating proper technical documentation in the work assignments
  • Ensures that all the standard requirements have been met and is involved in performing the technical analysis
  • Compiling information from the current systems, analyzing the program requirements, and ensuring that it meets the specified time requirements
  • Resolves problems associated with the designed programs and provides technical guidance on complex programming
  • Running complex project Architecture, including delivery, Stakeholder Management, Innovation, Solutioning
  • Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues
  • Good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
  • Ability to design Cloud Native application architectures, microservices architecture
  • Ability to come up with Proof of Concepts by analyzing the latest technologies

Preferred Qualification:

  • Good in oral & written communication skills. Exposure to healthcare domain
