Outcomes: * Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  • Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts

Additional Comments:

  • We expect a blend of technical skills and business acumen to gather, translate, and implement user requirements to technical solutions. • Administer sites within Office 365 SharePoint Online • Should have Knowledge in SharePoint Online Spfx coding, Power Apps and Power Automate. • Support the development of a collaborative working environment through development of solutions within the Microsoft Office O365 SharePoint environment • Develop workflow solutions capitalizing on the capabilities of SharePoint. • Support the ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint site, including creation and updates to templates, user administration, project site creation, user queries and general support within the Office365 Environment. • Develop reporting and dashboard solutions. • Understand the workflow requirements for business operation efficiencies, and work to develop/update workflows as the business processes evolve. • To co-ordinate and assist each department with opportunities for collaboration through the SharePoint Site to build common business interfaces on the site. • To define, plan and manage releases of the site updates. • Updating templates as required and identifying when templates/pages/sites are no longer meeting the needs of the team and propose re-design/amendments as necessary. • To act as technical expert for all SharePoint queries and issues and share knowledge as appropriate. • Provide support for System Administrator functions: o Provide support for mid-sized Active Directory Environment. (Account creation, moves, adds, changes and password resets. Group policy management. File permission administration.) o Support Azure cloud services. o Perform basic administration tasks in PowerShell. o Create and maintain technical documentation as needed. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint solutions, along with analysis, design, development, implementation and support of Office 365/SPO is required • SharePoint Migration. • Hands on experience in Spfx. • Hands on experience in Power Automate and Power Apps. • Strong oral and written communications. • Experience with out-of-the-box SharePoint, and manipulating the web part/pages using JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3/XML • Hands-on experience designing and developing using SharePoint Designer 2010/2013. • Experience exploring and learning new Office 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Groups. • Experience with SPO Office 365 and SharePoint 2016 including metadata, content types, permissions and security. • Experience PowerShell
