Job Profile & Major Responsibilities (What are the activities, responsibilities, decision making capacity and scope of the role?) • Lead the deployment and configuration standards for Zero Trust solution as a member of Network COE. • Builds security policy and framework which ensures adopted by countries during their implementation • Drive adoption of Zero-Trust solution and build a migration strategy in partnership with the vendor so that the solution can be deployed in all markets • Build data collection templates on applications and infrastructure to ensure adequate information is available during design and deployment. • Ensure all redundant solutions are decommissioned once the projects have been completed in the country. • Global administration and management of the platform with appropriate RACI matrix between country and global teams on tasks and activities. • Central point of contact for the Zero-Trust COE for design discussions, deployment / implementation questions. • Be an escalation point of contact for any issues / incidents • Manage product licenses and service delivery from the vendor • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment to deliver Zero Trust solution to all countries in shortest possible time. • Ensure seamless service delivery and manage stakeholder expectations Job Related Knowledge and Skills (Technical/Non-Technical Skills, Computer skills, Work/people skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or adequate experience. • Expert knowledge on networks, network design and deployment with technology certifications such as Cisco Certifications, Microsoft Certifications, • Experience on switching, routing, firewalls, application firewalls, load-balancers, Cloud networks in Amazon, Azure and GCP. • Working knowledge of Windows and Unix administration, typical security devices such as intrusion detection systems, AV and End Point security solutions • Good understanding and experience on SD-WAN (Meraki) • Knowledge of SASE, Zero-Trust framework • 8 to 15 years of experience • Excellent communication skills – written and oral • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions at all levels within the organization
