What you’ll achieve As a manager, you provide leadership to group of system engineers to ensure all system components are maintained, updated, monitored, accessible, and available according to the company’s standards, while partnering with other engineers in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of diverse solutions. You manage the planning, development, installation and operations of software systems by evaluating current and future business requirements and provide support for all customers as it related to directory services design, software operations, and application security. You will: Provide leadership to assigned networking group in support of all customers as it relates to network design, network operations and network security and manages the planning, development, installing and operations of network systems along with developing maintaining, communicating and executing project plans and schedules, prioritizes requirements, and coordinates teams with kowledge of Active Directory Sites and Services in a complex network with multiple global sites. Function in leadership role for a team of professionals within major project, designing and developing the largest, most complex total systems for organization-wide systems solutions and make decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches, and workflow. Collaborates with global stakeholders to design and recommend a global strategy and roadmap, address problems across functional areas of the business and prepare and present report to all levels of management and staff and will be responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group and/or client Communicate and translates vision/strategy to staff, participate in and contributes to evaluation of new methods and software tools to improve execution of core department responsibilities and will be responsible for coordination hardware and software installation, support and maintenance activities on systems that support the infrastructure and support of tools and products that are used to maintain the infrastructure. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Knowledge of Active Directory Sites and Services in a complex network with multiple global sites. 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Previous experience as a people manager with the ability to mentor and develop connections with a global team and the ability to communicate business risk to a broad range of technical and non-technical audience.
