KEY Responsibility Areas- Ability to understand project requirements and assist building suitable solutions, through in depth understanding of therapy areas/ disease areas with regards to etiopathology, treatment algorithms, stakeholders involved in treatment and details of treatment modalities Thorough understanding of pharmacology and epidemiology in order to interpret, summarize and draw inferences from published clinical and research data and provide direction to project teams. Knowledge of healthcare/ pharma sector would be preferable Participate across areas of systematic review development , including full methodology, data collection, analysis and reporting Remain current in research techniques and available resources relevant to providing high quality library and research services Ability to communicate effectively with client and internal project teams, senior stakeholders, understand their KM challenges, develop and maintain tactical and strategic plan of action, and report them on periodic basis. Requirements- 6-9 years of relevant experience (e.g., clinical practice, business/market research, consulting, medico- marketing, pharmacovigilance, medical writing, project management, hospital administration Master’s degree is a necessary pre-requisite Candidates with advanced qualifications (MD) and/or greater experience can be considered for KM Consultant / Associate Consultant
