Job Description
- Ensure implementation of BPS elements with respect to Plant BPS vision & roadmap.
- Guiding Plant Management & Value Stream (VS) Managers for improvement & sustenance of BPS standards
- Coaching VS on “System Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)” the A3 methodology, Point CIP standards and handover to Daily management.
- Coaching & supporting in fast improvement approaches like Speed Week, Agile etc.
- BPS elements implementation, such as VSD/VSM, Kanban system, plant layout, standardized work, cycle time, quick changeover, ergonomics, TPM, FOL, LLD, etc.
- Periodical reviews, assessment, and action plan development of BPS maturity within the Plant
- Coordinate for yearly/Half Yearly BPS Assessments for Value Streams
- Incentive administration
- Time study and data management
- Ergonomic assessments
- Layout planning and approval activities
Qualifications
· BE / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial & production ) with 5 years

· CAPP Knowledge
· Basic knowledge on SAP
· Open minded and able to work with all levels in the organization.
· Good Communication & presentation skills.
· Experience in conducting trainings and workshops.
